What language is the course in?
The video lessons are recorded in Arabic, in the Egyptian dialect. This website and your student area are available in English and Arabic.

How do I access the course content?
Once you enrol, you get lifetime access to all the videos and learning materials through this website.
Can I get help with access or playback?

Can I watch online or download the lessons?
Both options use W2M Player and your Academy account. Stream available lessons from My Courses without downloading, or download encrypted copies for offline viewing. Online availability is shown in your account. One computer and one phone or tablet can be active under the device rules.
How long is the course?
You study at your own pace: everything is recorded. Plan around a month per level, then adjust the pace to your schedule and practice.

Yes. You can take Level 1 alone or Level 2 alone, or get both levels together at the best price. The course is built in order, though: a topic started in Level 1 is often completed in Level 2, so starting from Level 2 alone is your own choice and responsibility.
