This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the courses, lessons, materials and software applications — including the W2M Player app for Windows, macOS, Android and iPhone — provided by W2M Trading LLC (“W2M”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in a course, downloading the app, or activating a device, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License, Not Sale
All courses, lessons, videos, materials and software are licensed to you — not sold. W2M Trading LLC and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights at all times.
2. What You May Do
Subject to your active enrolment and to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:
- Access and view the lessons for the course(s) you purchased, for your own personal education; and
- Install and use the W2M Player app on your own device(s) to watch those lessons.
3. Device Activation
Each license is bound to your device. When you activate the W2M Player app, the app generates a Machine ID unique to that device, and we issue a license key tied to it. This protects your purchase and prevents unauthorized sharing. You may have one computer (Windows or Mac) and one phone or tablet (Android or iPhone/iPad) active at the same time. Once a device is activated, it remains your device of that type for 6 months before you can switch it to another device; if a device is lost, stolen or broken, contact support to move your license sooner.
4. What You May Not Do
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
- Copy, record, screen-capture, download (except where we expressly provide a download), redistribute, broadcast, publicly display, sell, rent, sublicense or share any course content;
- Share your account credentials or license key, or give access to anyone who has not purchased the course;
- Circumvent, disable or tamper with any license, activation, encryption or copy-protection technology;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the W2M Player app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Ownership and Trademarks
All content, trademarks, logos and software are the property of W2M Trading LLC or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual-property laws.
6. Suspension and Revocation
We may suspend or revoke your license and device activations if you breach this Agreement, if a payment is refunded or reversed (including a chargeback), or if we detect unauthorized sharing or piracy. Revocation may stop playback on your devices.
7. Third-Party and Open-Source Software
The W2M Player app includes open-source components licensed by their respective authors (for example, the Flutter framework and media-playback libraries). Those components remain under their own licenses, which do not affect our ownership of the app as a whole.
8. Educational Purpose and Disclaimers
The courses and the app are provided “as is” and “as available”, for educational purposes only, and are not financial advice. Please also read our Risk Disclaimer and Earnings Disclaimer.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated date.
